Smokey Shay's WS

I think their products are overpriced, seeing as how I've found some things cheaper at other shops. I would give more stars, but my reason for that is. Last Friday around 3pm I was looking for a particular smoke device. I asked the female worker at the left back of the store when you walk in. I call the device by its legal label. She automatically went into defense mode saying. I can't sell you anything now it's against the law. I had to say the legal label again to her. Then she said no we don't have that. And as she was walking away with this mean look on her face. She mumble under her breath. You need to go somewhere else with that. Everyone has their own vices. You sell products to consume THC, YOU have no right to judge anyone or think you're better than anyone. I will never step foot here again. And this isn't the first bad experience Ive encountered here. I had a similar issue when I was trying to buy the mouthwash last summer. I only have these issues here. I've been to other similar places and it didn't end like it does here. I wonder why? Goodbye, you want see any of my money again. Rudeness will cost you and put you out of business. To the owners response, huh,? This wasn't about a detox drug test or anything. How you got that out of my review, is beyond me. I don't think anyone is understanding!

Really liked the vibe of this store the first time I came to Smokey Shaye’s about a week ago it’s a little pricey but I am willing to pay for good service, the guy with the flat bill backwards hat was such a help from selling me stuff I didn’t know was there to making me laugh and letting me leave with a smile. Then I went back yesterday and now I would rather not go back for a rude service, simple as not taking offense to me calling your bong a bong, I understand that’s it’s a water pipe but to rudely correct me and then walk away mumbling under your breath, honestly was so happy my girlfriend forgot her id so that I could not spend another penny there. Probably just the worker I had a bad experience with but if you are in the business of customer service maybe be a lil bit more nice I get that people got bad days but people like that give businesses bad names.

As soon as I walked in the door there was someone to greet me. I knew what I wanted and they knew exactly where it was. I could have spent some serious time in that shop looking around at all their cool stuff but I was in a hurry and that was okay because my checkout was quick. I can't wait to go back and check everything out. I feel like this will be my new go to spot.

Love Smokey Shay's and its the only place I know of in the area with such a large selection of American glass. Love it here and I'd love to see more affordable American production glass in the shop. I think a lot of people would switch to American glass permanently if they were able to snag American prodo glass locally for a good price. That's how it was for me! I've broken a dozen Chinese pipes and not a single American piece yet 💯
